Mission As the Service Offer Data Domain Leader within the Service Business Process, Tools, and Data organization, you will play a critical role in the digitization of our Services Line of Business offer portfolio.
You will be responsible for leading the Offer Data Domain, ensuring the completeness, quality, accuracy, and accessibility of Service offer data across product lines and Hubs.
Main Responsibilities Build the Best Team Manage hierarchically a team of 6 people within the Offer Data Domain (Data Office).
Manage functionally a comprehensive ecosystem of Offer Data Experts and Offer Data Leaders across Hubs and Product Lines.
Allocate specific objectives to Offer Data Leaders in squads to expand the impact of the Offer Data Office.
Hire talent to evolve the team from execution-focused activities to governance-driven expertise.
Actively foster collaboration through Communities of Practice (CoP) to enhance execution, teamwork, and performance.
Lead change management initiatives across the data domain.
Offer Data Domain Leadership Develop and structure the Offer Data Domain around five key priorities: Data Architecture & Taxonomy Offer standardization, relationships, and Unify compliance.
Authoritative Data Source & Referential Creation, governance, and lifecycle management of service attributes.
Data Standards Playbooks, SIF milestones, and standard definitions.
Active Data Quality “No Data, No Launch” principles, ORH campaigns, O2/LT controls, and broader data quality programs.
Data Sharing & Propagation Country creation requests, expertise, training, and support.
Offer Data Governance and Dashboards Define dashboard requirements for key strategic offer standardization initiatives and organize Steer Cos/reviews with key stakeholders.
Key focus:
standardization dashboard.
Coordinate offer data completeness and quality according to Unify requirements.
Requirements Education: Master’s degree level.
Experience: 5–10 years in data and/or service business roles.
Business Understanding: Strong knowledge of service offers and catalog management.
Experience: in Energy Management products, systems, or solutions is a plus.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Other Qualifications Strategic thinker with strong results orientation.
Ability to lead multiple projects in a broad and dynamic ecosystem.
Solid understanding of offer marketing and quotation flows.
Analytical, rigorous, and customer-centric mindset.
Strong collaborative approach to work effectively with HUB squads and global chapters.
Governance and policy design capabilities.
Requirements Education: Master’s degree level.
Experience: 5–10 years in data and/or service business roles.
Business Understanding: Strong knowledge of service offers and catalog management.
Experience: in Energy Management products, systems, or solutions is a plus.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
