What will you do?
Supporting material planning and replenishment activities through data analysis from MRP and ERP systems.
Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, shortages, and excess stock, helping identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Assisting in the creation, automation, and maintenance of Excel‑based reports and dashboards to track material flow KPIs.
Supporting purchase order follow‑up and data accuracy, helping ensure system information aligns with operational reality.
Participating in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives, including automation of repetitive tasks.
Collaborating with planning, warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to support daily execution and material availability.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful? A strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); knowledge of macros, Power Query, or process automation is a strong plus.
Interest in manufacturing, material flow, and supply chain operations.
Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn how planning concepts translate into shopfloor execution.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic, operational environment.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, International Business, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
Motivation to learn, analyze data, and improve processes.
