In this role, you will be responsible for developing clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for our DCIM software and solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content. What you'll be doing:  Write and maintain user manuals, installation guides, product specifications, and online help systems for DCIM software. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather detailed information about DCIM products and features. Organize and manage documentation projects, ensuring timely updates and version control. Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines. Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding of technical content. Collect and incorporate feedback from users to improve documentation quality and usability. Develop training materials and tutorials to support user education and onboarding. What will help you succeed:  Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in user experience writing (UX) or quality assurance (QA) Certification and proven experience as a Technical Writer, developing documentation for various audiences preferably in the DCIM or related industry. Familiarity with DCIM software, data center operations, and related technologies. Proficient in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise documentation. Proven ability to gain a deep understanding of products and services and convey them in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in documentation and illustration tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Frame Maker, Illustrator, Robo Help, PTC Arbor Text Editor, HTML, or other XML tools, and content management systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven expertise in project management, balancing multiple documentation projects and demonstrating excellent time management skills. Software as a service (SaaS) industry experience in an agile development environment is a strong plus.
