Responsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters.
Insure needs / resources balance (MRP,..) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products by managing the customer’s needs (customer order + CCMP'S) and the replenishment backlog.
Insure products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages. 1 Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up & ramp-down to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost / SIOP ( Master Production Schedule ) 2 Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy 3 Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, .. ) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products 4 Manage the customer needs coming from the CCC’s through the Customer Claim Management Process 5 Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders) 6 Measure the ISSR and ESSR (External Supplier Service Rate) and drive action plans 7 Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product 8 Define and manage the level of the parameters of supply and stock management of RM/Components according to the MPS to supply customer requirement while reducing the unhealthy stock 资格 EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL: Bachelor degree or above is preferred Major in Logistics, international trading or economics is preferred EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED: 3 years working experience in Logistics/transportation/Planning. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED: Strong communication skill, including good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and clear sense of responsibility & commitment. SAP or other ERP system experience Basic English in writing ,sufficient knowledge in MS office software TRAVEL: Not frequent but required as the team has needs. 时间表: 全职 请求编号: 009JX1
