Location: Singapore About the role You will join in the process of design and develop plastic / metal components and tooling in new product introduction. This role will Identify Innovation ideas to contribute to cost optimization and company’s value in sustainable future. What will you do? Design and develop plastic / metal components and tooling to meet functional and aesthetic requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new tooling and component designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive project success. Oversee the tooling fabrication process, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plastic/ metal components and tooling during the production process. What qualifications will make you successful? Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Mechatronic, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Any prior internship/experience in plastic component design, tooling, and manufacturing processes are plus.
