  • Schneider Electric is offering an exciting opportunity for a Audit Excellence VIE in Sao paulo, Brasil. This VIE position contributes to strengthening Internal Control across the region by collaborating with global experts and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities You will : Track and analyze audit quality metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives Apply data analytics to measure training effectiveness and support data-driven learning strategies Identify opportunities for innovation (AI tools, digital learning formats, automation) Collaborate with global Audit Excellence teams and coordinate with stakeholders on QA, academy, and communication initiatives Support global workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives Contribute to Internal Audit communication and learning initiatives, including training content, communication materials, and IA branding Support the execution of the Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP) and contribute to audit quality reviews and methodology enhancement Education: Master’s degree in Audit, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering Experience: 1-2 years of experience (internships and apprenticeships are fully valued) Skills and Mindset Comfortable working in English (spoken and written), another language is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, fast learner with a motivated and adaptable attitude
