The Supply Chain Project Leader supports multiple project managers by creating structure, improving consistency, and providing clear visibility into project execution across the supply chain.

This role focuses on organizing project documentation, tracking key deliverables and milestones, consolidating project updates, and supporting reporting and process improvement efforts.

The position enables project managers and cross‑functional partners to operate more efficiently, ensuring customer projects progress smoothly from planning through production launch.

This position requires up to 15% travel expectations within North America What will you do in this role?

Project Organization and Setup Establish and maintain standardized project folder structures, documentation, and templates.

Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, current, and organized.

Support and guide project managers and team members in the use of standard tools and processes.

Project Tracking and Coordination Conduct regular check‑ins with project managers to review progress, risks, and open actions.

Track key supply chain deliverables, milestones, and deadlines across multiple active projects.

Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and schedules aligned with weekly updates and expectations.

Reporting and Communication Consolidate information from multiple projects into clear and accurate status summaries.

Prepare and update assigned sections of weekly project review presentations.

Provide visibility into trends, risks, potential delays, and issues requiring leadership attention.

Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and clarity in project execution.

Recommend and implement improvements to templates, documentation, reporting, and tracking methods.

Share best practices and process insights to strengthen performance across the broader team.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $127,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Experience: supporting or managing customer‑facing projects, internal initiatives, or new product introduction projects within a supply chain or operational environment.

Ability to keep projects organized and highly visible by tracking tasks and deadlines, maintaining project documentation, and delivering clear, structured status reporting.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience: working with cross‑functional teams across multiple business areas in a centralized support role; not tied to a single hub or location.

Background in supply chain operations, manufacturing, engineering, or custom product development.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Share Point.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Proactive, service‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.

Skilled at transforming complex information into clear, actionable outputs and contributing positively to team collaboration.
