Plant Business Finance Section Manager

Role Overview｜岗位概述 Plant-based Business Finance role, covering cost control (OPEX/CAPEX), project controlling, and topline analysis. The role relies on hands-on analysis, supporting operations and project decision-making. Key Responsibilities｜核心职责 1️⃣ E2E OPEX & CAPEX Control｜费用及资本支出管理 Lead monthly closing (accrual, cut-off, review) Perform variance analysis and identify key cost drivers Prepare rolling forecast for OPEX & CAPEX Validate ROI Organize Fixed assets stocktaking and continuous improvement 2️⃣ Topline Reporting｜订单及销售分析 Provide monthly and ad-hoc sales/order reports Review backlog with business to identify risks Monitor customer rebates 3️⃣ Project Controlling (ETO)｜项目财务控制 Monitor project budget and cost in SAP Analyze margin deviation (Actual vs Plan) Support project review and drive corrective and predictive actions 4️⃣ Product Cost Simulation and Analysis｜产品成本跟踪及分析 Work with OCP for new product costing simulation Monitor product cost and provide insight to different stakeholders Candidate Requirements｜候选人能力 3–5 years costing experience in manufacturing environment Exposure to cost control, expense management, or project finance SAP/BW/BI experience and data process ability such as power BI, VBA Strong analytical skills and business partnering mindset 资格 Candidate Requirements｜候选人能力 3–5 years costing experience in manufacturing environment Exposure to cost control, expense management, or project finance SAP/BW/BI experience and data process ability such as power BI, VBA Strong analytical skills and business partnering mindset 时间表: 全职 请求编号: 009KAP
