What will you do?

Provide

Level: 1 (L1) application support for Coupa Treasury and FIS Global Payments platforms.

Basic Knowledge on KOMGO – Trade Finance.

Monitor and troubleshoot payment flows, including domestic and cross-border transactions, payment file processing, and approval workflows.

Support basic treasury operations such as cash management, liquidity tracking, and bank connectivity.

Analyze and resolve issues by reviewing application logs, error messages, and integration points.

Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure smooth payment and treasury operations.

Assist in onboarding new payment formats and connectivity protocols (SFTP/API).
