Position Title: Manager – Procurement Reports To: General Manager Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Roles and Responsibilities Should be aware of the P2P (Procure to Pay) process.

Manage end to end procurement for assigned categories of raw materials.

Maintain strong follow ups with suppliers for timely deliveries and communicate updates appropriately to stakeholders.

Ensure schedule adherence and achieve 98% on time delivery.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and consistent performance.

Drive supplier performance improvement and resolve escalations related to quality or delivery issues.

Implement and monitor the FIFO mechanism, inventory controls, and stock optimization.

Work with cross functional teams (quality, operations, logistics) to streamline processes.

Understand quality issues and coordinate with suppliers to ensure proper corrective actions are taken.

Mandatory hands on experience in SAP and Excel.

Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI will be an added advantage.

Good communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain

Experience: in manufacturing plant is preferred Hands-on experience in procurement and supplier management Analytical Skills
