Join us as a Talent Management Intern to make an impact!

Location: Kallang Mission (About the Role) The Talent Management Intern will support the GSC International Talent Management team and gain exposure to how talent programs, leadership development initiatives, and talent processes are managed across a global supply chain organization spanning 27 countries.

During the internship, the intern will contribute to ongoing initiatives related to talent programs, program coordination, and talent insights.

The role will also provide exposure to talent dashboards and key indicators used to monitor talent development and organizational initiatives across the International region.

This internship offers the opportunity to learn how global and regional Talent Management programs operate, while contributing to the documentation, tracking, and continuous improvement of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Support the coordination and documentation of regional and global Talent Management initiatives and programs.

Assist the team in tracking activities and milestones related to key talent programs, including ATP and SGP.

Contribute to the preparation of materials, summaries, and documentation for talent discussions, program reviews, and internal meetings.

Support the organization and maintenance of documentation related to Talent Management processes and program activities.

Gain exposure to Talent Management dashboards and key talent indicators, assisting the team in consolidating information for periodic reviews.

Support research and benchmarking activities related to Talent Management practices and leadership development.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Comfort working with data and preparing presentations.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills in English.

Interest in Talent Management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
