Senior Project Manager
- Lead the PMO and transformation coordination for the Global Service Operations (SO) leadership team, acting as the central backbone for program governance, strategic initiative delivery, and leadership rhythm across all SO functions and regions. This role is the key orchestrator of the SO Leadership transformation — owning end-to-end program management of the SO transformation journey, driving transformational cadence, and ensuring disciplined execution of the ONE Services 2030 strategy across Global, Regional, and Local teams. Core responsibilities include: Lead and own the SO Leadership Program: define, plan, and track the full SO transformation and strategic initiative portfolio, ensuring alignment with ONE Services 2030 ambitions. Own the SO Leadership transformational cadence: design and run the leadership governance calendar, forums, and review cycles; manage preparation and follow-up for all SO leadership events. Drive cross-functional coordination: act as the connective tissue between global SO functions (CI & PM, C&SP, HSE, Academy, CSH, Finance, HR) and the three Regional VPs (NAM, Europe, IO&CEA), ensuring aligned priorities and coherent execution. Manage action tracking and follow-through: maintain a living tracker of all VP-level commitments, program milestones, and escalations, ensuring transparency and accountability at all levels of the organization. Lead strategic communications: coordinate SO leadership communications including newsletters, Share Point, and program updates, ensuring coherent messaging across the global SO organization. Support transformation initiatives: partner with the CI & PM team, regional VPs, and global function leads to co-design, launch, and govern transformation programs (including AI, digitization, process standardization, and cost-to-serve). J Key Accountabilities Impact on Business Innovation and Change Predominantly works strategically — plans long-term initiatives (typically three to five years). Own and lead the SO company-wide program: plan, track, and report on the full portfolio of SO strategic transformation initiatives aligned to the ONE Services 2030 ambition. Coordinate the SO Leadership transformation agenda, including the regional execution tracking — ensuring the SVP and leadership team operate with full visibility, speed, and accountability for transformation agenda. Predominantly develops new processes or governance mechanisms that did not exist before. Apply and embed enterprise-grade PMO standards into the SO Leadership team, including new governance frameworks, decision-right structures, and cadence rhythms that scale across a multi-region, multi-function global organization. Anticipate critical milestones, design monthly leadership review calendars, and continuously improve the SO system of management — integrating AI and digital tooling where possible to drive efficiency and clarity. Educational Background Professional Knowledge and Experience Other Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree (MBA, MSc) strongly preferred Professional certifications:
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe (strongly preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- Programme Management (MSP, PgMP) Strategic & Leadership Skills 7+ years of experience in senior PMO, programme management, transformation leadership, or chief-of-staff type roles in a global, matrixed organization
- Proven track record leading cross-functional programs at executive level
- Experience coordinating senior leadership teams and managing governance structures across global/regional matrix environments
- Executive-level communication and storytelling with data
- Advanced stakeholder influence and change leadership Technical & Operational Skills
- Deep expertise in PM frameworks, governance design, and portfolio management (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Excel)
- Experience in Services, Industrial, or Technology business environments preferred Business & Financial Acumen
- Strong understanding of P&L, AEP planning cycles, and cost-to-serve dynamics
