Responsibilities: System Deployment Support Assist in the setup, testing, and rollout of Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and Distribution Management System (DMS).

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by documenting test cases, capturing results, and reporting issues.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to track and resolve deployment-related challenges.

Data Management & Analysis Assist in data preparation, migration, and validation for SFA and DMS platforms Monitor data accuracy and highlight discrepancies in master data (customers, products, pricing, etc.).

Generate and analyze basic reports to support performance monitoring Training and Documentation Prepare user guides, quick reference materials, and FAQs for end-users.

Support training sessions by assisting with content, logistics, and feedback collection.

Document deployment processes, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
