Own and manage UKG operations, enhancements, and projects, serving as the UKG configuration expert and the voice of the customer/HRS team. Collaborate with country HR Services teams, business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and integration partners to deliver high-quality UKG product solutions. Lead and execute assigned project tasks, including implementations, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives. Continuously deliver enriched UKG product experiences that improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Drive governance and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external vendors. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Deep hands-on expertise in Kronos/UKG application suite including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Scheduling. Functional knowledge of Boomi integrations and cross-reference tables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather requirements, prepare design documentation, and support testing. Ability to mentor junior team members and develop training materials for end users. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
