About the role

  • Responsibilities •Publish validated vendor forecasts in Kinaxispost‑MPP.
  • Review upstream CAMA and ensure alignment with demand/supply plans.
  • Review, sign off, and monitor adherence to supplier LTCs (Lead Time Commitments).
  • Lead lead time (LT) and MOQ optimizationinitiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendors and MPLs to drive cost reductions using EVSM.
  • Contribute to COS and QVEworkshops for cost‑out and design‑to‑value activities.
  • Implement Optiflowstrategiesincluding expanded scope of:
  • JIT (Just‑In‑Time) •VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) •FTWZ (Free Trade Warehousing Zone) •Conductsupplier QBRsand publish supplier delivery & performance metrics.
  • Drive adoption of Supply On(supplier collaboration platform) across vendor base.
  • Implement inventory reduction levers:
  • Rebalancing, •Resell, •Reuse / reapplicationof materials.
  • Track upstream risks and collaborate cross‑functionally for mitigation. Requirements •Minimum 10 years of experience in upstream supply chain, vendor planning, or material flow management.
  • Strong skills in vendor planning, MRP, LT management, MOQ analysis, and inventory principles.
  • Experience with Kinaxis / Rapid Response, SAP, Supply On (preferred).
  • Knowledge of lean, EVSM, JIT, VMI, and flow optimization tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and supplier‑management capabilities.
