Overview: The Offer Design Expert is a vital leader in the creation of service offerings within Schneider Electric's Services Line of Business (LoB). Positioned in regional Hubs, this role is designed to be in close proximity to strategic markets while considering the global impact, scalability, and standardization of our new service offerings. Key Responsibilities: Service Offer Development: Lead the creation of high-value service offerings by understanding and anticipating customer needs, translating those needs into actionable service requirements. Customer Engagement: Engage frequently with customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that service offerings align with market demands and add significant value. Global Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with global teams to ensure that service offerings are scalable and standardized, maintaining consistency across regions while also catering to local market needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure successful implementation and promotion of new service offerings. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the service landscape. Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to evaluate the success of service offerings and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in service offer management or product management, preferably in an agile environment. Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
