Represent Schneider Electric or other 3rd party Solar service excellence to customers in Japan Provide after sales support to Schneider Electric or other 3rd party Medium Voltage Solar products (Transformers, RMU and Switchgear) and low voltage solar products (Inverters, array boxes, SCADA).

Ensure that all service work is delivered efficiently, effectively and safely.

Attend to critical issues at key sites and manage customer relationships.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Service Engineer with over 2 years experience handling with Solar products Trainings / certificate with any major Solar inverter/ transformer/ OEM Electrical Trade qualification (第2種電気工事士) Electrical testing or servicing experience Previous inverters service experience as FSE for PV segment is essential in commissioning & troubleshooting.
