What will be your role ?

Our Mission is to oversee internationally all digital design within Schneider Electric, to infuse the design culture in the company and to deploy the design system.
We create consistent, enjoyable and memorable experiences for our users.
We need to set in place a powerful and strong design team.
As a Lead Product Designer joining Schneider Electric, you will contribute to bring the digital design to the next level. Your role will be key to put the design team at a high level of quality.
We are looking for passionate and innovative people who want to build B2B and B2C digital products for energy management with us !
You will be responsible for:
- User-centered approach : putting in place the various systems required depending on the context (interviews, prototyping, user testing, etc.)
- Facilitation and co-design : preparing and leading co-creation workshops to get teams to converge and align on a common vision.
- Practicing the double-diamond design process from start to finish: conducting user research and translating the results into user paths and designing pixel-perfect mock-ups that the engineers can easily implement.
- Representing design, be the voice of the user in the company
- Representing the design system, promoting the schneider electric digital ecosystem to form a complete unified experience.
- Taking a systemic approach and contributing to the design system
- Analyze and use data.
This job has been tailored for you if you:
- You have at least 6 years of experience as designing digital products and systems, not only websites. You have a strong experience of design systems and design teams collaboration and a at least 2 years of experience leading design topics.
- You have a solid knowledge of UX methodologies, you are fully autonomous from discovery to delivery, translating research insights from our customers & stakeholders into delightful product user experiences.
- You are proactive and are keen on sharing your thoughts and ideas for improvement.
- You have exceptional communication skills and a very strong team spirit. You enjoy collaboration, understanding other people's pain points and co-designing solutions for others and bring energy to your team.
- You understand technical issues and dependencies.
- You enjoy solving problems, you are sensitive to detail and obsessed with simplicity.
- You have strong graphic sensibility and knowledge of brand design.
- You are organized, curious constantly watching and listening to new trends and new tools and creative, Lean and Agile.
- You are fluent in English, speaking French is a plus.
- You are creative.
