We are seeking an experienced Magento Technical Lead Architect with deep expertise in Magento Open Source/Commerce, Webkul Marketplace extensions, and headless backend architecture.

The ideal candidate will lead the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade e Commerce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration excellence.

What will you do: Architect and design scalable Magento-based e Commerce solutions, including custom module development and API-driven integrations.

Lead development teams, define coding standards, review technical designs, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Implement and optimize Webkul Marketplace modules; extend or customize marketplace workflows as required.

Build and maintain headless backend architecture using REST/GraphQL, decoupled frontends, and microservices where necessary What will make you successful: Define technical roadmaps, solution designs, and integration patterns for third‑party systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX, DevOps, and QA to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Optimize Magento performance, caching, indexing, and deployment workflows.

Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and Magento coding standards.

Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.

Experience: with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of caching strategies (Redis, Varnish), CDN, and performance tuning.

Knowledge of DevOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, automation, and deployment pipelines.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication abilities, and leadership experience.

Adobe Commerce Certification:

Experience: working with multi‑vendor marketplaces at scale.

Background in microservices architectures and event‑driven systems.

Experience: integrating payment gateways, logistics APIs, and marketing automation tools.
