Must have all applicable knowledge and competencies for skilled, experienced wiring. Must have no more than 3 points with no written policy infractions. Must be in your role as a FTE of Schneider Electric for at least 6 months. Must have "Good/Superior" Quality with no more than 3 defects listed in Gainseeker per quarter.
