Schneider Electric has an onsite opportunity (5 days a week) for a Plant Business Finance Analyst in Lexington, KY.

The role requires an on-site, in-plant presence – remote work will be allowed situationally and on an as needed basis, but the expectation of this position is that your on-site in plant presence will be required 5 days per week.

In this role, you'll contribute to key financial processes, including month-end close, financial planning, data analysis and the creation and delivery of financial reports.

You’ll also collaborate regularly with the Plant Manager, operational teams, the Business Director, and cross-functional partners across the organization.

Responsibilities: · Month End Close Activities · Quarterly Financial Forecast · High quality data analysis · Preparation of Annual & Monthly financial reports · Monthly Performance review with Plant Manager · Lead Annual Physical Inventory · Support for Internal & External Audits · Participating on special projects and ad hoc financial requests Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Busines Administration 2+ years of Business Finance Analysis background in manufacturing Well developed IT skills including, Outlook, Word, excel and Power Point Strong analytical skills, work ethic, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and overall positive attitude Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressure Customer service-orientation Preferences: SAP Knowledge Power BI Business intelligence Knowledge Let us learn about you!
