The Senior ABAP Programmer & Security Lead is a key technical expert within the Digital Finance Layer (DFL).

This role combines deep ABAP development expertise — including modern S/4HANA capabilities — with security leadership responsibilities across custom code, integrations, and SAP transport governance.

The position owns the design, development, optimization, and security of SAP custom developments within DFL, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with Schneider Electric cyber and governance standards.

• What will you do?

ABAP Development & Technical Leadership:

• Lead complex ABAP development initiatives using ABAP 7.5 and Object-Oriented ABAP.

• Execute bug fixing and technical correction.

• Execute Initial Load (IL) and Real-Time Replication (RTR).
• Analyze and resolve end-to-end SLT incidents.

• Advise on secure application of SAP Notes, patches, and remediations.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP transport concepts: domains, routes, CTS, retrofit.
