Join our team as Business Finance Controller in Örebro!

We are seeking a driven and analytical Finance Business Controller to join our team in Örebro.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a key link between Finance and Logistics, providing visibility, insight, and financial leadership to support operational excellence.

You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial control, and value creation across the logistics organization.

What will you be doing?

Drive Financial Performance & Transparency Own and control financial results for the site, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely reporting to the Group Re-engineer processes and implement robust controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness Secure compliance with internal controls, internal audits, and follow up on KIC action plans Be a Strategic Business Partner Act as a trusted finance partner to logistics and supporting teams Work closely with the Finance Front Office to increase transparency and understanding of logistics costs and cost allocation Provide financial visibility to the logistics management team to support service level improvements while managing SFC & DVC productivity Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives with an end-to-end view of logistics flows Support Planning, Analysis & Decision-Making Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities Perform reconciliations between financial data and payroll information Support target setting, forecasting, planning, and business decision-making together with finance and business leaders Prepare and coordinate quarterly business reviews, challenge assumptions, and ensure data accuracy Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers Identify, support, and implement structural cost-saving initiatives Act as a Catalyst for Change Identify, drive, and follow up on action plans to achieve financial and operational targets Work closely with business leaders and department managers to proactively support key initiatives and assess financial impact Support decision-making in high value-added areas Develop and promote financial and economic awareness across the organization What will help you succeed in this role?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience: in financial controlling, operational finance, and/or business partnering roles

Experience: working in a multinational and/or virtual team environment is an advantage Fluency in English with strong communication skills What do we offer you?
