Mission: Sales Engineer as Himel Brand ambassador and drive territory revenue, focusing on the project environment.

He/she will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long term success.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales with a strong network in the Electrical Market in project background and process strong relationship with related stakeholder. (Panel Builders, OEMs, automation distributors & integrators, end-users, etc.).

He/she will interact directly with key players and provide technical and commercial support for Himel offers.

We are looking for someone that can make a significant impact by having the ability to build, negotiate and close large (complex) deals, someone that can have the skills to lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients.

What will you do?

Drive the promotion and adoption of all Himel products across various targeted channels.

This includes cultivating strong relationships and generating demand from Panel Builders, OEMs, Automation distributors & integrators, in addition to generating demand & opportunities within the Real Estate, Utilities, and Infrastructure market segments.

To maintain and develop relation with all those customers.

Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned by manager.

Propose specification for product and solution of offer based on features of Himel product.

Gather project information (Secure technical spec and all related player/candidate ).

Coordinate with both internal and external stake holders to secure the project order.

Managing Project Distributor to increase sales and ensure efficiency; Prepare monthly forecast order and estimation sales per quarterly.

Maintain awareness of market trends in Electrical project environment, supporting promotions, branding and events.

Responding to customer complaints and comments.

Evaluate Project distributor performance every quarter.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role? 7+ years in relevant Sales roles.

Project

Experience: with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners.

Sales Background in Electrical products & solutions: Low Voltage electrical products, power distribution, industrial control products, etc.

Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries’ sales. A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market.

Strong connections within the Real Estate, Utilities, and Infrastructure segments, and key organizations such as the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) ..etc.

Worked in leading companies in the Electrical

Industry: (Chint, Hyundai, etc.)

Experience: in penetrating New Markets Good Business Understanding with LV Product Knowledge, Product Competitor knowledge, strong Technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, Customer relationship Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start-up organization Good communication and presentation skills Motivated and accustomed to performing and meeting quotas Strategic view, teamwork and quick execution with a sense of speed Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.

Willing to work under pressure.

Accept challenge and meet commitment. BA/BS degree, Electrical Engineering background.

Frequent traveler.

Fluent in local language, English.

Computer Skills: MS Office. hold a driver's license.
