What will you do?
In this role, you will provide hands‑on support to order management and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and effective coordination across internal teams and external partners.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing customer and internal orders from registration through invoicing, including supply coordination and cost allocation Processing incoming orders through back‑office systems, including receiving activities Ensuring all required information is accurately entered and kept up to date in systems Coordinating invoicing and supporting related administrative activities Supporting the Order Manager and Project Manager with day‑to‑day operational tasks Coordinating and following up with manufacturing plants, affiliates, purchasing teams, and external suppliers regarding delivery dates and shipments Collaborating with Accounts Payable and Credit/Collections teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate Shipping and receiving deliveries as required Performing general administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, and managing maintenance services What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
