Customer Care Level 3 Expert for Final Distribution Products

You are a passionate person with a technical background in LV Distribution Equipment, Digital communication, energy savings or Data Center Hardware. You shall be willing to work in a fast paced, energizing and exposed environment. Your ability to analyze, diagnose and decide is very appreciated, as well as your appetite to understand complexes technical business.
As Customer care Level 3 Expert, you will be integrated in Power Products Customer Care Experts team, working on Low voltages final distribution products like MCB, RCCB, RCBO, Distribution boards. These offers are well deployed in applications such as
- Residential, Commercial buildings, Industry - and generate equal attention. You will be the one who will support the customers globally.
On these ranges, most difficult customer issues reach Customer Care Level 3 Expert. As customer care Level 3 Expert, your role is to find a suitable solution for our customer, using the relevant support internal in your entity (Marketing, Continuous engineering team, test labs etc.). As a key element of the support chain, your role will be to demonstrate Schneider Electric's values and build trust over time, transforming difficult situations in opportunities.
Ranges in scope :
- Final Distribution products like MCB, RCCB, RCBO, Distribution boards
Qualifications -
The candidate shall be graduate in Electrical/Electronics engineering. Past experience in relevant industry will be appreciated.
Candidate shall be:
- Customer oriented,
- Team player
- Digital native
- Fluent++ in English
- Collaborative and open behaviors within a dynamic, large, multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Shall be well conversant will IS/IEC standards like IEC 60898, IEC 61439
- Testing experience on these product lines will be an added advantage.

- Overall 5-8 years and minimum 4 years of experience on these products is required.
