As a Software Sales Lead in the Nordics, you will drive the growth of Schneider Electric’s software business across the Nordic Data Center market.
You will play a key role in expanding our footprint in one of Europe’s most dynamic regions for digital infrastructure—working closely with Secure Power sales teams, segment leaders, partners, and end‑users to position, demonstrate, and sell our Software solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing business within a thriving market, supported by a strong, experienced team including Pre‑Sales specialists, Marketing, Category Management, and Customer Success.
The position can be based in any of our offices in Sweden.
What you'll be doing: Take ownership for growing the Software business within the Nordics, and achieving commercial targets Identify, qualify, and prioritize business opportunities across the region Develop strong relationships with key decision‑makers in targeted accounts Build close collaboration with country sales leadership and Secure Power teams Develop and execute a local go‑to‑market strategy in alignment with the Europe Sales Director Consult with customers to shape opportunities and maximize value creation Lead major project pursuits from presales through proposal and execution Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes Detect and articulate customer pain points and propose high‑value software solutions Represent Schneider Electric across a complex ecosystem of partners, influencers, and co‑competitors What will help you succeed: 2+ years of sales or commercial experience (direct or indirect) Understanding of account management, partner channels, and customer engagement models
Experience: discussing technical and business challenges with customers Knowledge of software, IT, electrical distribution, critical power, building automation, or data center ecosystems Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations in a multicultural environment Strong initiative, self‑starter mindset, and excellent organizational ability Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills Tenacity, resilience, and emotional intelligence Preferably a degree in a Science or Business‑related field BS/BA or MBA is advantageous Fluency in English; an additional Nordic language is an advantage Travel may be required within the Nordics region Comfortable pitching, presenting, demonstrating, and closing business both remotely and in person Why Schneider Electric?
