The Role:

Procurement Intern Mission (About the Role) As a Procurement Intern, you will support end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, planning, and logistics coordination.

What will you do? 1.

• Procurement Operations Support

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing activities for IG and OG procurement.

• Support PR/PO creation, order tracking, and delivery coordination.

• Help evaluate supplier quotations and compare cost, lead time, and terms. 2.

• Supplier Management & Engagement

• Support communication with suppliers and follow up on documentation.

• Gather supplier data for selection and risk assessment. 3.

• Tender & Project Support

• Assist tender/project teams with procurement data and supplier quotes. 4.

• Cost Optimization Activities

• Contribute to cost-saving analysis and maintain procurement KPIs 5.

• Risk, Compliance & Documentation

• Support collection of compliance documents and audit requirements. 6.

• Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules. 7.

• Learning & Development (Internship Focus)

• Develop cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

What qualifications will make you successful?

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business,Engineering or related fields.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.

Interest in procurement and supply chain operations.
