岗位要求： 1. 运用IE方法论进行生产现场布局以及现场运营标准制定（包含layout，物流线路图，产能，flow chart，WIP, 拉动……）； 2. 运用精益体系和工具进行基于自动化流水线的现场运营绩效分析改善； 3. 主导/参与新产品和自动化项目导入/认证/量产；具备项目管理的一般能力 4. 运用Kaizen，6sigma等方法进行工艺制程，质量，成本等维度改善 5. 运用BI，RPA等数字化工具进行运营流程监控/分析/闭环行动改善； 6. 发起/参与运营流程智能制造转型创新，包括柔性自动化，AI等数字化新技术应用； 资格 招聘要求： 1. 3-5年以上精益现场运营经验，具备独立基于业务价值流的精益诊断和改善能力； 2. 较丰富的业务项目管理经验，具备5-10人规模项目管理能力 ； 3. 快速学习能力和非常强的自主意愿，拥抱数字化转型，优秀的成长型思维； 4. 本科及以上学历（优先工业工程和机械相关专业），具备英文办公能力； 时间表: 全职 请求编号: 009JJY
