Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic Pricing Analyst to join our Europe Operations Pricing Team.
This role requires a balance of business understanding, analytical expertise, and strong communication skills.
The Pricing Analyst will work closely with commercial, marketing, and country pricing teams to generate meaningful insights, influence strategic decisions, and support our pricing transformation journey.
The ideal candidate combines curiosity, datadriven thinking, and the ability to convert complex analysis into clear recommendations and impactful presentations for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Recommendations & Decision Support Collaborate with European country teams to translate analytical outcomes into business recommendations.
Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations that connect analytics to business strategy and support leadership decisionmaking.
Provide regular analytical support on regional pricing actions, conducting reviews with local teams and challenging assumptions where needed.
Tools, Dashboards & Analytics Development Develop, build, and manage pricing dashboards, reports, and analytical models to improve visibility and decision-making.
Resolve data discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting and consistent data quality.
Work on Machine Learning and AIdriven initiatives to enhance pricing processes and forecasting capabilities.
Collaboration & Transformation Actively contribute to capabilitybuilding initiatives that improve pricing maturity and user experience with pricing tools.
Execute the Pricing Analytics roadmap and follow up on expected deliverables.
Prepare materials for regional pricing analytics meetings and share insights across the community.
Business & Analytical Insight Develop a deep understanding of our products, markets, competitors, and pricing strategy to identify valuecreation opportunities.
Monitor and analyze current product, regional pricing, and business performance to provide actionable insights.
Track and interpret industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitive dynamics to inform pricing decisions.
Essential Requirements: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Data, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: in analytics, preferably in pricing.
Proficiency in Tableau, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SQL, Pfx, and CPQ is desirable.
Expertise in data acquisition, data filtering (cleaning), data visualization, and connecting data with insights.
Strong aptitude for working with numbers.
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, goal-oriented, and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and take ownership of projects.
