Join our dynamic Manufacturing team as a Methods Engineer.

Professional and drive operational excellence through innovative solutions and strategic leadership!

Key Responsibilities Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.

Develop, implement, and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Ensure timely execution of work orders and equipment repairs.

Minimize downtime through effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for needed materials.

Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Lead root cause investigations (RCA) for recurring asset failures.

Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to implement process and equipment improvements.

Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Initiatives.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and internal safety standards.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment files, and regulatory documentation.

Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions.

Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

Track and optimize maintenance costs while improving asset reliability.

Oversee vendor contracts and manage external service providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance leadership.

Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or automation knowledge.

Experience: with CMMS systems (SAP) Excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or reliability methodologies is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred). 2 years of maintenance experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.

Relevant certifications (CMRP, CRL, PMP) are advantageous.
