Technical Consultation:
Leverage your engineering background to conduct virtual technical presentations and tailor automation solutions for OEM and Distribution partners.
Digital Mindset (CRM & ERP): Master and optimize our CRM and SAP platforms to maintain a high-velocity pipeline and manage the end-to-end commercial process, ensuring technical specifications translate accurately from lead tracking to production orders.
Account Leadership: Lead the commercial lifecycle for assigned accounts, managing everything from complex technical quoting to high-stakes price negotiations.
Full-Cycle Engagement: Build and nurture long-term professional relationships through consistent, high-impact virtual engagement with key stakeholders.
What Will Make You Successful: Engineering Foundation: A recent degree (0–3 years) in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a passion for the commercial side of technology.
Mastery Mindset: A drive to master industrial automation hardware (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) and translate technical specs into business value.
Communication Excellence: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly over phone, video, and email.
