Procurement - Senior Professional
What will you do? 1. Business continuity (incl. quality & delivery) · He/she supports Plant Quality & Supply Chain Managers on supplier performance and ensure resolution in case of escalation. · He/she leads & chairs the monthly Supplier Performance Meeting with the Plant: he is empowered during the Plant Business Review. · He/she informs and builds appropriate action plan about mid to long term Quality & Logistic risks coming from supplier market (with the support of the SQLD teams). 2. Plant APOP: · Taking the category strategies into account, he/she cascades the Procurement strategy, actions and processes to the plant, as well as builds & drives the Plant APOP validated by Plant & Category. · He/she contributes to the definition of the Supplier Orientation Charts (SoC) and deploys it in the Plant considering plant(s) flow optimization. · He/she contributes to SBO (Supply Base Optimization), CoS (Change of Suppliers and double sourcing), & QVE (Quality Value Engineering) actions. 3. Performance: · Service: he/she is accountable to for the suppliers Delivery performance. Track the U-BOL and S-OTD, ensure the right action plan are in place to solve short term crisis, and manage mid to long term process improvements. · Quality: he/she is accountable to for the suppliers Quality performance. Track the S-DPMe, ensure the right action plan are in place to solve short term crisis, and manage mid to long term process improvements. · Productivity: The PPM is accountable, with the support of the Material Productivity Leader, for the material productivity of the Plant securing productivity pipeline execution. He/she is involved from start on in the CoS/QVE projects. o He/she is in permanent contact with Regional Category Managers and Pole Managers to share the product productivity needs o He/she identifies, with the MPL, new actions to reach the targets in term of Productivity by lever o He/she ensures the negotiation coverage of his plant(s) & their results. o He/she gives support to the MPL for the management of technical and supplier change actions (identification and progress) with escalation process within the procurement function and/or the plant. o He/she is monitoring & challenging the ODVC & other materials productivity results and RMI performance. o He/she is accountable, with the monthly reconciliation committee (PPM, financial controller and MPL), for consistence of productivity in OTTO and in AOC. o The PPM takes part in the plant QBR and commits himself/herself to the Material Productivity Rolling Forecast. · Responsible for KICKs campaign / Audits related with the plant What qualifications will make you successful for this role? · Strong procurement professional · Strong leadership skills & functional management skills · SC knowledge is a plus · Developed analytical skills, fast and effective at dealing with difficult situations · Ability to adapt and manage effectively in fast-paced changing/transforming & complex environment. · At ease in matrix organization: functional reporting (doted / dual line reporting), strong collaboration skills · Proven influence & convincing skills · Basic knowledge in finance · Agile & creative in complex problem solving · Fluent English & ability to communicate in a clear & concise manner · French language knowledge is a plus Let us learn about you!
