What will you do: Strategic Account Ownership Own and lead a portfolio of strategic AI and data center accounts, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, and AI infrastructure players Develop and execute account strategies and business plans aligned with customer growth roadmaps Act as single point of accountability for commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and long‑term partnership Growth & Share‑of‑Wallet Expansion Drive growth across UPS, cooling, power distribution, software, and services Expand Schneider Electric’s footprint from initial deployments to full‑site and multi‑site engagements Identify and convert AI‑driven capacity expansion, retrofits, and modernization opportunities Customer Engagement & Executive Alignment Build strong relationships with C‑level, technical, and operational decision‑makers Engage early in customer planning cycles (AI capacity planning, sustainability targets, resilience strategies) Position Schneider Electric as a strategic advisor, not just a supplier Ecosystem & Internal Leadership Lead cross‑functional teams including solution architects, tender teams, service, and global account resources Coordinate with global Cloud & Service Provider teams and ecosystem partners (OEMs, IT vendors, integrators) Ensure alignment between local execution and global customer strategies Complex Opportunity Management Lead large, complex, and often multi‑year projects and tenders Drive structured opportunity qualification, governance, and bid strategies Balance speed, risk, margin, and customer expectations in high‑pressure environments What do we offer you?
