Great people make Schneider Electric a great company and we are currently hiring for a Services Data Steward for our Europe Services Hub in Budapest to lead and support our teams in different countries.
Scope of the position: We aim to ensure 100% alignment between existing Service Agreements in Business Central (BC) and their equivalents in bFS.
This includes guaranteeing compliance, accuracy, and completeness of contract and service data.
By doing so, we increase visibility and control of renewal rates, improve work order accuracy, and enhance planning capabilities through high-quality captured assets.
What will you do?
Contract Audit & Mapping Review existing contracts and map BC agreements to bFS equivalents.
Compliance Assessment Identify gaps in contract terms and bFS compliance requirements.
Flag contracts needing amendments or renegotiations (evergreen inventory).
Documentation & Reporting Maintain a compliance tracker for contract status by country and business unit.
Provide weekly progress updates to stakeholders.
Process Improvement Define updates to contract template registration for bFS compliance.
Document best practices and “How to process” guidelines.
Data Quality & Cleaning Set up cleaning actions for Services Data in NB Zone.
Develop a cleaning plan to improve data quality for the most valuable accounts.
Align with Customer Data Stewards to improve account data quality simultaneously.
Prepare Data Stewardship Routines for 2026 Improve Data Quality of Installed Products (accuracy, completeness, duplicates).
Coordinate site and location data quality efforts.
What qualifications will make you successful?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience: in contract management, compliance, or data governance.
Ability to manage documentation and reporting processes effectively.
Familiarity with data quality improvement and cleaning methodologies.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
Proactive mindset to identify gaps and propose process improvements.
