OFFER QUALITY LEADER Job Summary: As an Offer Quality Leader, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving quality systems and processes to ensure that all New Product Development (NPD) and Engineered-to-Order (ETO) projects meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with industry standards.

You will lead quality initiatives across the product lifecycle, from design to field performance, ensuring robust quality assurance practices are embedded at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Systems & Audits Design and enhance quality systems aligned with organizational and industry standards.

Develop and implement audit schemes to verify the effectiveness of quality methods and their alignment with project objectives.

Product & Project Quality Lead quality assurance for NPD and ETO projects, ensuring final products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Apply quality standards and methods to cooling products such as chillers, CRAC, and CDU systems.

Collaborate with design and supplier teams to ensure quality compliance in new part development.

Design & Development Support Conduct quality design reviews and provide actionable feedback based on pilot manufacturing and field data.

Develop and maintain DFMEA, and define CTQ (Critical to Quality) and CTP (Critical to Process) parameters.

Analyze field issues and drive corrective actions to improve product design and reliability.

Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to relevant design and quality standards including IEC, IEEE, ASHRAE, ISO, ASME, UL, and PED.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and customer-specific quality requirements.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, factory quality (IQC, process), and engineering to drive continuous improvement.

Develop and enforce project-specific guidelines, specifications, and quality control processes.

Promote a culture of quality and proactive problem-solving across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Internal Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in HVAC or cooling product industries.

Proven experience in NPD/ETO project quality management.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of cooling systems (Chillers, CRAC, CDU).

Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (DFMEA, CTQ, CTP, Root Cause Analysis).

Familiarity with international standards (ISO, ASME, UL, PED, etc.).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
