Business Finance Analyst

Your IMPACT: Analyze plant performance and productivity with a strong focus on production costs Prepare monthly reconciliation reports to support Procurement and Finance in identifying productivity gaps Improve and automate existing costing processes, driving simplification and efficiency Work with large datasets to extract insights and ensure accurate data maintenance Provide ad hoc analyses and detailed data to support business decisions Assist in business review preparations Contribute to the transition and continuous improvement of FP&A processes within our Center Build strong, trusted relationships with Procurement and Finance stakeholders Actively support digitalization and transformation initiatives Your Profile: Experience in relevant field: FP&A, Controlling, Financial Audit. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to interact with process stakeholders at various levels. Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies. Ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making. Good problem solving, ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and focus on details. IT skills: advanced knowledge of Excel, BI tools knowledge, MS Office, Tableau software would be a plus Good English command Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
