We’re looking for a Real Estate Project Manager to elevate our real estate strategy and facilities operations across the Pacific Zone.
This high‑visibility, high‑impact role will see you influencing the built environment, driving sustainability performance, managing a diverse real estate portfolio, and leading transformative workplace projects that enable our people to thrive.

You will also champion sustainability across all sites, ensuring accurate GHG reporting, delivering energy‑efficient upgrades, and embedding green building principles into everything we do.
What You Will Lead & Deliver In this role, you will shape the Pacific real estate landscape through strategic portfolio decisions, high‑performing facilities operations, and integrated sustainability initiatives.
You will oversee key workplace projects, strengthen our real estate governance, and deliver environments that support business performance and employee experience.
Your leadership will enable operational excellence, financial discipline, and alignment with global initiatives.
You will: Lead the development and execution of the Pacific Real Estate Strategy aligned to global direction Manage the full lifecycle of leases, landlord relationships, and portfolio optimisation Oversee facilities operations, service providers, IFM contracts, compliance, and performance Drive sustainability outcomes including GHG reporting, EV infrastructure, and green building practices Deliver workplace transformation and end-to-end fit-out, relocation, and refurbishment projects Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, cost optimisation initiatives, and financial reporting What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a strategic, influential Real Estate leader with strong operational expertise and the ability to manage diverse portfolios and complex projects.
You combine analytical thinking with practical execution, excel at stakeholder engagement, and thrive in environments where continuous improvement and innovation matter.
