For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $142,400 - $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Strategic Program Lead defines, measures, and communicates the value delivered by enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives.

Operating at the intersection of finance, analytics, delivery, and business operations, this role serves as the single source of truth for value realization—ensuring that expected benefits are clearly defined, rigorously measured, and transparently reported.

This role goes beyond reporting.

You will identify both positive and negative drivers of business performance, surface risks and value leakage, and translate complex data into actionable insights that influence priorities, investment decisions, and execution focus.

You will partner closely with Transformation leadership, Finance, plant operations, and delivery teams to ensure that digital and operational investments deliver credible, finance‑validated ROI.

Own and govern the enterprise value and ROI framework—from identification and qualification through commitment, realization, and reporting.

Serve as the single source of truth for transformation value, ensuring alignment with finance‑validated models and governance expectations.

Partner with Finance to translate delivery and operational performance into clear, defensible financial outcomes for multiple levels of leadership.

Identify and quantify value drivers and value leakage, including under‑performance, adoption gaps, and execution risk.

Establish and maintain a steady reporting cadence that provides timely, decision‑ready insights.

Establish, track, and analyze KPIs across delivery, operational, and financial dimensions to assess effectiveness, performance, and risk.

Leverage agile and flow‑based metrics (throughput, predictability, time‑to‑value) and translate them into actionable business insights.

Analyze cross‑functional data to surface trends, inefficiencies, opportunities, and risks across the transformation portfolio.

Develop concise, executive‑ready narratives that convert complex data into insights, recommendations, and decision frameworks.

Support senior leadership and APMO governance with high‑impact value summaries and forward‑looking analysis.

Communicate value realization of progress with clarity, confidence, and credibility.

Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms that visualize performance, financial impact, and value realization across the portfolio.

Provide clear, data‑driven recommendations to guide prioritization, investment decisions, and corrective actions.

Build dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate performance, financial impact, and value realization.

Partner with Transformation, Finance, GSC, Commercial, IT, and program teams to align value expectations and embed value thinking early in the lifecycle.

Influence decision‑makers through data and structured insight rather than direct authority.

Equip teams to understand and articulate the value of their work, reinforcing change‑management and adoption objectives.

Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in transformation, analytics, business performance, consulting, or program analysis.

Demonstrated ability to measure, model, and communicate ROI or business value for complex digital or operational initiatives.

Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills, particularly for senior and nontechnical audiences.

Working knowledge of Agile or scaled Agile methodologies and flow-based metrics.

Advanced analytical capabilities using Excel, BI tools, tableau, SQL and other analytics platforms.

Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, ambiguous, and fastmoving transformation environments.

Ability to build out sustainable dashboards and automate data collection Exceptional communication, executive level writing, organizational skills and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: supporting enterprise scale technology or digital ERP transformation programs.

Experience: with Back Office plant operations Familiarity with portfolio, program, or finance aligned performance management.

Background in finance, operations, engineering, economics, data analytics, or similar analytical fields.

Certifications in Agile, Lean, or program/project management.
