You will join the Global Supply Chain Program Management Office team, where we help our community of 900+ project managers across Global Supply Chain (GSC) by facilitating the sharing of innovative practices, methods and tools that ease collaboration and aid the building of high performance teams while helping them to grow their knowledge and experience in the project management domain Location: Kallang About the Role As part of the Global Supply Chain Program Management Office (GSC PMO), you will ensure the day-to-day support of the deployment of best-in-class Project / Program / Agile management practices, tools and training that enable greater efficiency, visibility and consistency in implementing key Supply Chain transformation projects. you will drive quality assurance in adoption of the practices, platform and tools by enabling and supporting leaders and super users with analysis and reporting.
You will execute promotion of GSC PMO activities, key information and events through live, social media and other channels.
What will you do?
Work with GSC leaders to drive greater quality in project execution by developing clear visualization of key project data & assisting with insightful analysis on trends.
Implementation and management of learning reporting platform (Extract, Storage, Business Rules, Visualization) Work with Project / Change management experts in the ongoing development and deployment of GSC Project Management & Agile Standard Practices and tools.
Support creation of guides, training. videos and supporting materials.
Support adoption / change management activities of GSC PMO by: Developing and organizing learning, live and digital events.
Manage content and scheduling for Intranet and Learning Content Portals Drive social media plan to create a vibrant online project management community, Learn to be a super user of project / change methods in order to coach and assist PM’s What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Engineering/IT, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or related / similar Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have experience in Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools, Good to have Power Automate, SQL, Python, Jira and MS Project.
Knowledge of Agile or PMP project management methods / practices a plus.
Ability to navigate in ambiguous environment and have good judgement skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment Self-starter with ability to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Result-oriented, attention to details, proactive, dynamic, and effective individuals What’s in it for me?
