We are currently seeking a self-driven Supply Chain Manager with a passion for supply chain to join our team.
This position will oversee the End-to-End supply chain for EMS (External Manufacturer Supplier).
This role will supervise the upstream flow of components from Suppliers to an External Manufacturer and the downstream flow from the External Manufacturer to Schneider Distribution Centers or Schneider’s customers.
The role will work jointly with the Global Supply Chain Deployment team, the NAM Procurement team and NAM Demand Planning team.
This position will report to the External Manufacturing Site Leader.
It will be based in Juarez, Chihuahua.
What will you do: Create the Master Production Plan for the External Manufacturing site.
Overdue Recovery and Inventory Projections.
Inventory Management at DC’s.
Validate monthly and weekly commitments with External Manufacturer.
Tier 2+ forecast volumes aligned to MPP plan.
Supervise flow for goods from External Manufacturing to Schenider points of delivery.
Excess & Obsolete inventory monitoring.
Blocked invoices & payments overseeing.
Upstream and Dowstream flow design for new operations.
Qualifications:
- External Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience on Supply Chain roles and 3 years working with Contract Manufacturers.
Proven experience using Oracle Material Management modules.
Proficiency on excel use.
Process oriented, with disciplined process management skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Fluency in English (written and business speaking).
