The Pro-face Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales of Pro-face HMI and industrial automation solutions through technical expertise, customer engagement, and channel partner enablement for Maharashtra Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business for Pro-face HMI and IIoT solutions.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and provide pre-sales technical support.
- Manage channel partners and support them with training, pricing, and solution positioning.
- Engage OEMs, end users, and system integrators to expand market reach.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and maintain CRM updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 10-15 years’ experience in industrial automation or HMI/PLC sales.
- Strong understanding of HMI, PLC, SCADA, industrial networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
