During your 36‑month journey with us, you may choose a Structured Rotational Track across Process Engineering, Customer Satisfaction & Quality, and Supply Chain—giving you broad exposure and impactful, real‑world experience.

Round 3 – Assessment Day Shortlisted candidates will join an Assessment Center in March that simulates a real business challenge, followed by a Panel Interview at the end of the session.

Round 4 – Final Interview with Plant Director Candidates will present their motivation, leadership potential, and long-term career aspirations directly to the Plant Director.

Qualifications: Minimum an Engineering bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance.

Majoring in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Manufacturing Recent University Graduate with 0 - 2 years of working experience Excellent command of English Good digital acumen and adaptability to new technologies Demonstrated interest in project management Familiarity with or prior experience using digital tools, engineering software (such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, etc.); and/or advanced Excel (including Supply Chain Analytics, Lean Manufacturing, and similar applications) is an advantage.
