Responsible for the end‑to‑end management of all flow-related activities within the Plant or Distribution Center (DC), covering inbound, outbound, and internal material flows, as well as leadership of the Supply Chain Planning function.
Acts as a key member of the entity’s management committee, contributing to strategic decisions and operational excellence. ✅ Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Planning Leadership Lead the Demand, Supply, and Production Planning processes within the Plant/DC.
Ensure accurate capacity planning, material availability, and production sequencing.
Drive S&OP / IBP alignment locally (forecast validation, demand-supply balancing).
Maintain optimized inventory levels to meet service and cost objectives.
Flow Management (Inbound, Internal, Outbound) Oversee the complete logistics flow: Inbound: supplier scheduling, receiving, unloading, and ASN compliance.
Internal flows: material handling, kitting, warehouse layout, storage strategies.
Outbound: distribution planning, carrier management, on-time shipping.
Ensure flow efficiency using lean tools—layout optimization, milk runs, AGVs, Kanban, etc.
Guarantee real-time inventory accuracy via cycle counting and reconciliation.
Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement Develop and monitor Plant/DC supply chain KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, DIFOT, inventory turns, lead times).
Identify and drive continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
Optimize cost-to-serve, logistics costs, warehousing efficiency, and space utilization.
Implement digital tools (WMS, APS, MES, TMS, dashboards) to improve visibility.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management Represent supply chain in the Plant/DC management committee.
Collaborate with: Production/Operations for capacity and scheduling alignment.
Procurement for supplier performance, replenishment models, and sourcing flows.
Quality for incoming inspection, traceability, compliance.
Finance for inventory valuation and cost optimization.
Commercial Teams for order prioritization and customer service requirements.
Act as the link between central/global supply chain teams and local operations.
Compliance, Governance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with corporate supply chain policies, safety, and regulatory standards.
Lead risk mitigation and contingency planning (supplier issues, logistics disruptions, inventory shortages).
Manage audits related to supply chain, warehousing, and logistics.
People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop teams across Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and Material Handling.
Build organizational capability in supply chain planning tools, analytical skills, and flow management.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline. ✅ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Service

Experience: Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or Business. 10+ years of experience in plant/DC supply chain operations, flow management, or logistics.
Proven experience in leading planning and logistics functions in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
