Join us as a Power Systems Expert Intern to make an impact!
Location: Kallang What will you do?
Support the creation of electrical distribution reference designs, single-line diagrams (SLDs), load lists, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for different segments.
Assist in benchmarking architectures for applications such as residential, commercial, and industrial.
Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Participate in design reviews, team workshops, and collaborative sessions with regional teams.
Research and summarize applicable standards and best practices for various geographies.
Support the development and maintenance of Team Electra’s technical databases and tools.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Currently pursuing / recently completed a bachelor / master’s degree in electrical engineering in Power Systems, Energy Systems, or equivalent.
Basic understanding of:
Power system fundamentals (e.g. SLDs, transformer selection, switchgear basics) Low and medium voltage distribution systems Concepts of DERs and microgrids (preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Interest in sustainable energy solutions, digitalization, and innovation in electrical distribution.
Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to tools like AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar is a plus.
