An exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics/Transportation Business Analyst opened with the Titan Transformation program as we deploy SAP across North America plants.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a successful transformation for the business, specifically in the area of Outbound Logistics as we move away from legacy systems into the future state, utilizing the latest version of SAP.

Additionally, you will work with an agile mindset and a focus on continuous improvement to add value to Global Supply Chain.

You will work closely with the business and other resources across multiple projects to guarantee that the deployed solution fits with the business needs for end-to-end operations.

The Business Analyst drives continuous process improvement efforts through research, data analysis, and problem solving.

The Business Analyst leads business requirement gathering necessary to provided and deliver business value.

As a Business Analyst you will be part of an elite team of people that is leading the digital transformation within Schneider Electric’s North America Market (NAM).

What will you do?

Lead in the identification of Logistics/Transportation business requirements and development of the customer story backlog for SAP.

Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systems Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management team Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.

Capture feedback from users and identify “enhancements” of existing functionality.

Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops Create/Validate End to End Process Flows for manufacturing plants Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc) Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training) Be the business representative for the program with understanding of current Logistics/Transportation processes and systems Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution decisions, Data accuracy, and Organizational Change Management Participate in End User Training Hold the Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverables Lead the Key Users & project team participation in solution testingto?

Also give context of stakeholders, team environment, and if it is a leadership or single contributor role) Working conditions: Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast-paced environment Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines Ability to work independently in a competitive work environment Managing and collaborating remotely

Preferred skillset:

Knowledge of outbound shipping process for manufacturing plants, distribution centers knowledge in the space of Transportation (Load Tendering/carrier selection/route management)

Experience: with ETO/CTO/MTO/MTS Shipping Flows Strong data analysis skills System Experience: SAP TM, TMS, Manhattan WMS, GTS Change management and communication skills.

Must have history of delivering results.

Leadership and management skills Ability to balance a workload while working on multiple priorities Listening, negotiation, decision making, problem solving Aptitude in learning and working in new IT systems Ability to collaborate and work in a multicultural environment Bachelor’s degree: Supply Chain, Business Administration preferred 3-5 years of work experience in the area of logistics, shipping, transportation Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
