Business Finance Analyst (Costing) What will you do? Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare basic reports related to sales, costs, and gross profit Support weekly and monthly financial reporting with simple analysis Help ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports Budgeting & Forecasting Support Assist in preparing and tracking budgets and forecasts Support finance team in monitoring performance vs. plan Product Costing & Monitoring Help maintain and update product costs in the system Support monthly closing activities and review costing results Assist in monitoring material price changes and variances Process & Team Support Work closely with other finance teams on reporting and reconciliations Support improvements in tools, reports, and processes Help document and follow standard finance processes Who would be successful? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analysis (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply) Basic understanding of costing or accounting concepts Comfortable using MS Excel (formulas, basic analysis) Good communication skills in English Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a team player Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) or Power BI/Tableau is a plus, but not required Let us learn about you!
