For this U.S.-based position, the expected compensation range is $139,000 - $208,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Principal Product Manager, Demand Generation & Upper Funnel Experiences Energy Sage, a Schneider Electric company Energy Sage, a Schneider Electric company, is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for demand generation and upper-funnel consumer experiences across our multi-product electrification platform.

In this highly visible and impactful role, you will unify currently separate experiences into a cohesive, best-in-class journey that guides consumers from early interest through discovery and intent.

What You’ll Do Define and own the product vision and roadmap for demand generation and upper-funnel experiences, ensuring tight alignment with company strategy and cross‑functional partners.

Drive high-quality execution, writing clear specifications and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead ongoing product discovery, including user research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, to deeply understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.

Partner effectively across the company, influencing leaders and teams at all levels to align on strategy and drive outcomes.

Lead a cross-functional agile team—including engineers, designers, and marketers—to deliver roadmap initiatives through ceremonies, epics, product specs, design reviews, and quality assurance.

Use data and analytics to inform decisions, uncover insights, and prioritize initiatives that drive results.

Develop and optimize experimentation frameworks, using A/B testing and best‑in‑class tools to validate hypotheses and improve performance.

Enhance acquisition and demand gen capabilities, leveraging marketing technologies, attribution tools, and funnel insights to drive measurable impact.

Stay informed on emerging generative AI and app ecosystem trends, identifying opportunities to enhance consumer experiences and discovery pathways.

What We Look For 7+ years of B2C product management experience, with a strong focus on acquisition, onboarding, and upper‑funnel experiences.

Demonstrated mastery of core product management skills, including vision-setting, roadmapping, product discovery, and execution.

Expertise in experimentation, including designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

Strong knowledge of acquisition and demand generation, including common marketing tech stacks and attribution approaches.

High data fluency, with the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative inputs to inform decisions.

Demonstrated interest in and understanding of the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape and its implications for consumer experiences.

Exceptional soft skills, including navigating ambiguity, managing complex stakeholder environments, influencing without authority, driving action, and delivering results.

Experience: leading agile product development teams to execute against ambitious goals.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
