We are looking for a Power Electronics Lead Engineer to join our R&D team in Kolding, Denmark.

You bring expertise to drive the development of our next generation of solutions along with a passion for continuous learning.

Besides technical expertise, you bring understanding of building relationships with stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:  Develop UPS and large kVA 3ph converters as part of our global R&D team Lead R&D activities in your domain, including electronic subassembly design (schematics, PCB layout) and testing Take end-to-end ownership of the design from early design phase, with cross-collaboration to other experts from Firmware, mechanical, electrical and down to Verification and Validation Ensure that designed products meet safety, functional and cost requirements Own Design for X activities (Safety, Reliability and Cost) Support sales, marketing, manufacturing and technical support in solving customer needs and issues Be involved in defined projects/squads, while ensuring that objectives are met and within budget Assess trade-offs between business needs, technology requirements, costs, and risks Contribute to our Innovation and Secure patents for Innovative ideas Develop your Power Electronics practices and competencies reaching a technical expertise level What will help you succeed:  Master's degree in electrical engineering (power electronics is preferred)

Experience: with project management practices is a plus Proven experience in power electronics and product development for series production Strong knowledge of 3-phase and DC power conversion, including inverters and PCBA design
