For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $208,000 - $312,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Price Structure and Technology Director is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of the company’s pricing architecture, systems, and supporting technology platforms. This role is a strategic member of the pricing leadership team and works across the pricing organization, commercial teams, and enabling functions to help shape and execute pricing strategy through structure, architecture, and technology. The Director ensures pricing structures, rules, and processes are financially sound, analytically rigorous, and digitally enabled to support scalable and profitable growth. This role plays a critical role in translating pricing strategy into executable pricing structures and tools that support a simpler, faster, and easier experience for customers and channel partners. The Director partners across Sales, Channel, Finance, IT, Operations, and leadership to align pricing execution with business objectives, customer experience goals, and long-term pricing capability development. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead the development, design, and ongoing optimization of the company’s pricing structures, frameworks, and governing rules. Help define and evolve pricing strategy as it relates to pricing structure, architecture, governance, and technology enablement, ensuring strategies are executable at scale. Oversee pricing systems and technology platforms to ensure reliability, accuracy, auditability, and alignment with business and financial requirements. Work across the pricing organization and broader business to ensure pricing strategy is effectively shaped, translated, and executed through structured tools and processes. Direct cross-functional pricing initiatives, including digital transformation, system integration, automation, and advanced analytics. Engage closely with channel partners to understand execution realities, shape pricing structures and tools, and educate partners to ensure successful adoption and use of pricing capabilities. Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, and leadership to support revenue growth, margin performance, and customer experience objectives. Establish and maintain governance procedures for pricing logic, system configuration, discount policies, approval workflows, and exception management. Monitor competitive dynamics, cost changes, and market trends to inform adjustments to pricing structures and system capabilities. Serve as a key extension of the pricing leadership team, providing perspective on how pricing decisions, structures, and tools impact execution, adoption, and customer and partner experience. Lead, develop, and manage pricing structure and technology teams, setting standards for execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage pricing-related system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations. Provide analysis and insights to support pricing decisions, scenario planning, and long-term capability development. Required Qualifications Experience in pricing, pricing systems, pricing architecture, or related commercial and analytical functions within complex organizations. Strong understanding of pricing structures, governance models, and technology-enabled execution. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes across pricing, commercial, operational, and technology teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise ERP or pricing platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PROS, or similar). Background in digital transformation, system enablement, or process optimization.
